For a company to be eligible for the intrapreneurship award, it must meet all of the criteria below.

– Public or private organizations that operate in Brazilian territory.
– Have an annual turnover of more than R$100 million (one hundred million reais) in 2023.
– In the case of a company belonging to a group or controlled by another company, the revenue of the entire group will be considered.
– Have more than 100 employees.
– Have promoted a favorable environment for the development of innovation and carried out an innovative intrapreneurship project in the period from 01/01/2023 to 31/03/2024 that fits into one of the four available modalities.

Yes. As a company, it is possible to register for the four modalities of the intrapreneurship award.

• – Professionals who work in public or private companies, at any hierarchical level in any department, can compete.
  – Teams must have carried out an innovative intrapreneurship project in the period from 01/01/2023 to 31/03/2024 that fits into one of the four available modalities.

If one of the professionals responsible for the project is no longer with the company, it is the responsibility of the organization to request an authorization term for the use of the employee's data and image. It is important to ensure that everyone involved in the project is aware of and in agreement with the project application to avoid potential problems or conflicts in the future.

Yes, only the company registrant can register a team. This is important to ensure the security of company information, preventing confidential data from being leaked or exposed without authorization. In addition, having a single person responsible for registration also helps to avoid conflicts, ensuring that the company has effective control over its participation in the prize of intrapreneurship.

No. A team can only be entered in a single modality, be it sustaining innovation, transformational innovation, open innovation or ESG innovation. However, the company can enter up to four different teams in each of these modalities, provided they meet the eligibility criteria and specific requirements of each modality. 

No. A team can only register if the company where it developed the project registers. These measures are to ensure information security and for everyone involved in the project to authorize their participation in the award. If the company does not want to participate in the award, unfortunately the team will not be able to enter.

No. The award is intended for companies and professionals who work in the organizations registered for the award, therefore it is not possible to register as an individual.

Yes, the idea for the project can come from any employee of the company, regardless of their position in the organization.

The award organization may request different types of receipts to validate the information, depending on the modality in which the project was entered: emails, photos, screen prints, documents, reports, etc.

• It is considered a project, an idea that was implemented and that generated value for the business (whether financial or not).
• Projects valid for registration are those that were implemented or completed in the period from 01/01/2023 to 31/03/2024.
• Projects may have been started in another period, but must be implemented or completed in the above period.
• Projects may have been completed or are still in effect.
