AEVO Drone Raffle rules

OF THE ORGANIZER

1.1 The drone giveaway will be conducted by AEVO TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO S/A, a private legal entity, registered under CNPJ number 08.606.340/0001-72, with its headquarters at Rua Manoel Feu Subtil, 60, Enseada do Suá, Vitória/ES – CEP 29050-400, hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”.

THE OBJECT OF THE GIVEAWAY

2.1 The object of the giveaway is a drone valued at R$ 1,580.00 (one thousand five hundred and eighty reais), ZII Sg907 Max model, which comes with 1 (one) battery, 1 (one) controller, and 1 (one) case.

PARTICIPATION

3.1 The giveaway is open to all individuals residing in Brazil who correctly fill out the entry form provided by the Organizer.

3.2 The entry form will be available on the Organizer’s website, https://aevo.com.br/drone/, from May 2 to 4, 2023, and must be filled out with full name, email, company, number of employees, and telephone.

3.3 The employees, service providers, and their first-degree relatives of the Organizer, as well as any other companies or individuals involved in the organization of the giveaway, are prohibited from participating.

THE GIVEAWAY

4.1 The giveaway will be conducted on May 4, 2023, at 6:00 PM, through an electronic drawing system.

4.2 The winner will be contacted by email or telephone, and must respond to the Organizer within 24 hours from the date the message is sent by the Organizer.

4.3 In the event the winner fails to respond within the established timeframe, the Organizer may conduct a new drawing to select another winner.

DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

5.1 The delivery of the drone to the winner will be paid for by the Organizer through a carrier hired by the Organizer.

5.2 The Organizer is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused during the transportation of the drone.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1 Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of these rules, as well as the decisions of the Organizer, which will be final and irrevocable.

6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, should unforeseen circumstances prevent its execution.

6.3 Any questions, suggestions, or complaints about the giveaway should be directed to the email eventos@aevo.com.br.

Given the above, we declare that these rules are in compliance with the applicable Brazilian legislation and will be valid from the date of publication.
